SGTR LLC and Hueber Breuer to Renovate Syracuse's $30 Million Tech Garden

SGTR LLC. has been chosen to partner with Hueber Breuer to oversee the construction of a $30 million technology hub, which is set to become a cornerstone in the revitalization of downtown Syracuse.

The renovation of The Tech Garden, a business incubator, began in 2023. The project includes 46,000 square feet of updates, adding two additional floors to the existing building in the heart of downtown. The Tech Garden is a key space for entrepreneurs, providing essential services and opportunities to help them pursue their dreams.

The renovations will introduce more meeting rooms, coworking spaces, and a 5,000-square-foot rooftop terrace, offering specialized areas for companies focused on uncrewed aerial systems. With construction progressing, the project is expected to be completed by the spring of 2025.
