Celebrating Corre Williams: From Laborer to Lead Superintendent and Beyond!

Meet Corre Williams, a dedicated and passionate team member of Smith Group of Americas for the past 13 years! Starting as a laborer, Corre has climbed the ranks to become our Lead Superintendent, showcasing incredible growth and leadership.

Our company culture values diversity, and Corre describes the team as a "melting pot of many different cultural differences." We believe in second chances and providing opportunities for those in need. Looking ahead, he aspires to become a project manager and oversee major developments.

One of the most memorable moments in Corre's career was leading an all-minority crew on a construction site and receiving heartfelt appreciation from the community. As an adviser, problem solver, and supportive leader, he plays a crucial role in ensuring the company's success.

In addition to his professional achievements, Corre has reached the finals and victory lane in regional racing competitions, won "Best Car in Show" with three different cars at auto shows, and attended multiple Super Bowl games. A surprising talent of Corre’s is that he once sang in the studio with The Temptations!

Corre’s best advice is to "be the BEST YOU that you can be. Have confidence and don’t allow anyone to make you feel less than."
